QUOTE OF THE WEEK
STAYING YOUNG AT HEART
Nobody lives forever but you can stay young at heart forever.
Age is nothing but a number, meaning we should not allow just a number
to control our life. After all, the older the fiddle the sweeter the tune.
“Don’t just count your years, make your years count.”- George Meredith.
The body may show signs of passage of time as we age, but the heart can stay
young if we have a dream, passion, or something we are always living for.
Never allow age to interfere with the dreams or goals in your heart. They release
positive energy which replenish your heart to live to fulfill those dreams.
Other ways to stay young at heart involve:
-Learning to empty out all the negatives from your heart-offense, mistake, regret,
self-pity, guilt, and embrace peace.
-Learn to forgive yourself for your awful past and forgive others.
-Be content with such things as you have, even while striving diligently and decently
to get more.
-Receive the joy of the Lord and empty out the worry and anxiety from your mind.
-According to Joel Osteen “Sometimes, don’t try to figure out things or people. You
may lose your peace of mind doing so.”
-Remain positive minded no matter the circumstance of life.
-Don’t give up on you! Don’t give up on life! Keep hope alive.
-Be full of faith and joy. Let God handle your case for He alone knows your end from
the beginning.
“Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it are the issues of life.”
Proverb 4: 23
