Instructions are the highways of life in arriving at a destination.
You cannot succeed on a particular journey or adventure without
clear instructions to follow.
When you are good at following instructions, you move fast from
being a learner to an expert.
In any establishment you are part of, get hold of the laid down guidelines
and adhere strictly and consistently, so that you become an asset and
not a problem to the organization.
Those who follow instructions are protected from harm and end up gaining
speed in life
Those who despise instructions expose themselves to danger and become
discouraged or destroyed eventually.

Wash your hands regularly with water and soap, or use alcohol containing hand sanitizer
Maintain social distancing
Avoid crowded places
Cough or sneeze into your elbow or clean handkerchief
Seek medical attention if you have a fever, cough or difficulty breathing etc.
