STOP GETTING UPSET
Living in Nigeria right now requires the grace and mercy of God.
There is so much insecurity, unemployment, anger, and hunger in the land.
Don’t make life more difficult for yourself by becoming upset, easily provoked
and discouraged with the happenings around you.
Learn to do the following:
Stop being mad at people. It does not change them but makes you sore, anxious and even depressed. Maintain your cool and be intentional about being joyful always.
Sometimes you have to say ‘NO’ in order to please God and not man, and still retain
your sanity. Remember you can’t please everybody.
You are not perfect, so don’t expect people around you to be 100% perfect. Accommodate your flaws and those of others.
Forgive and let God avenge you. Forgiveness brings peace of mind.
Don’t put the keys to your happiness in somebody else’s pocket.
Stop worrying about what others think of you. Concentrate on your purpose in life.
Contentment is great gain! You brought nothing into this world. Enjoy what’ve got at the moment.
‘Hurry is the senior brother of sorry.’ Take your time to succeed, and don’t rush to make wealth which you’d live to regret later.
Love people. Love is not just about feelings but how you actually treat people.
Always be joyful, fill your mind with positive things and do away with negativity.
Think about why God created you-To live a life of purpose and not a life of regret
Love yourself first and love your neighbours as yourself.
Above all love God with all your heart, soul and mind, and it shall be well with you.
Happy Valentine’s Day.
