A TOUCH OF FAVOUR
There is a popular saying that “One day of favour is worth more than a lifetime of labour.”
Favour is what happened to Joseph in Egypt. One morning he was a prisoner, but before the evening of the same day, he was addressing the nation of Egypt as their leader.
Favour is a gift from God upon those who have been consistently diligent in doing what is right with all sense of discipline, determination and perseverance.
God can’t favour a criminal or a lazy man. If you do nothing, you earn nothing!
If you wish to be a lawyer, doctor, an engineer or whatever you aspire to be, there is a process to follow. You must acknowledge it takes hard work, discipline and focus. God won’t bless your ‘wish’ but the ‘process’ of becoming.
You have to position yourself for favour. When preparation meets with opportunity, favour is likely to happen.
Pray for favour! But more importantly, prepare for it by equipping yourself with the relevant degrees, training and skills.
May the favour of God be upon us; and establish the work of our hands.
